Photocopy of Passbook’s first page.

Copy of account statement.

Hi prerna ! It would be better to talk to the authorities because no information is available regarding such a situation. So can't say anything.  If you have time of some days then go open an account in bank which takes the least time and issue a cheque book .

Dear student, according to the official information, only cancelled cheque is accepted and there is no alternative given. However you can contact the authorities regarding this. Or you can take the check of any of your relative and submit it during the time of counselling and document verification.
