Yes, ofcourse everyone has a unique signature and if you have written your name in the signature then its totally okay .If there will be issue in your signature then it will be declared discrepancy and you will get the option to change it but if not then you will surely get your admit card and you can appear in the BHU PET entrance examination. The chances are that there will be no issue so you should focus on your preparation as long the image of the signature that you hage uploaded is accurate then you will get the admit card.

In case you wish to get admission you will have to go under counselling process and if your choice and rank gets fits into their criteria for opting courses you will get admission and they will ask for your identity then you can submit all your documents .
