As the result has not yet been declared because it will depend upon the April exam also.
So you have to wait for the exact results.
But 66 percentile is a low score and expected cut off for the general category is 85 ( will change depending upon the Various factors).and for the category it may go upto 80 .
And in this percentile 66 your approximately rank will be more than the 3.2 lakhs and it is not enough to qualify .
As you know that competition is very high and seats are limited .
So try to improve your score in April exam
