In order to be eligible for Jee Advance you need to qualify jee mains 2018. However it's eligibility criteria says,t he candidates will have to qualify JEE Main 2018 examination and be among the top 2,24,000 (including all categories) candidates. The percentages of various categories are: OBC-NCL (27%), SC (15%), ST (7.5%) and Open Category (50.5%). Within each of these categories, 5% horizontal reservation is available for PwD candidates. The candidates should have appeared for the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2017 or 2018. However, those candidates whose 10+2 (or equivalent) examination results for the academic session of 2015 – 16 were declared after June 2016 will also be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018.

There are few parameters you need to fulfill in order to become eligible for JEE Advanced. These include: Performance in JEE Main 2018 Age Limit Number of Attempts Appearance in 10+2 (or equivalent) Examination Earlier Admission at IITs Detailed information about these parameters can be seen here .
