Yes, any candidate who has completed MCA is eligible for M.Tech course, if he/she has completed MCA from a recognized university.

>> Since you mentioned that you have completed MCA from UGC and AICTE recognized university, so yes, you are eligible to pursue M.Tech from any institute of India.

>> You can write some of the entrance exams to get into top colleges such as GATE, BITSAT, HD, PGEE, PGET, etc.

>> So, you need to have atleast 50% aggregate in MCA or above and required to qualify the entrance exam in order to get admission in M.Tech.
