Hello

You can get a seat in DU under OBC reservation by All India Merit List of the qualified candidates but you cannot get the admission via state list since you do not have a domicile of Delhi. You are eligible for obc caste reservation for DU (medical) if your caste is in obc central list via AIQ but not state quota.
