Yesss u are eligible for ur state quota it has a separate counselling form so just fell that form that will be okayyy.

Your eligibilty status will be displayed in your rank card.
But yes if you are eligible for the all india counselling you should be eligible for the state counselling but for taht you have to apply separately, the details of the state counselling committees is avilable at the  neet brochure.
Once the state notification is out you can enroll tourself in order being eligible for the counselling.

Yes you are definetly eligible , only for the state to which you are domiciled. You have to score good marks and rank in neet ug exam. Aslo You need to apply separately for that state, to which you wish to participate in state quota counselling(only your domiciled state).

Yes! As long as you have domicile of that state you are eligible for the counselling process. You can also apply for both 15%AIQ and 85% state quota. If you are unable to get a college from AIQ then you can shift to state. But you must remember that if you get a college from AIQ then you will mandatory have to take admission there. So please ensure that the colleges you opt via AIQ are better than the ones you can get via state.
