So, answering to your question, i would say that you can definitely get into many of the colleges that take admission through JEE Mains, without qualifying in TS EAMCET, there is absolutely no problem. NITs, IIITs , GFTIs and many other top colleges of the country , takes admission through JEE Mains mainly, so you don't have any reason to worry about that. BUt yes, with your JEE Mains percentile, it's not very likely that you will get the top NITs with your desired subjects, but you can still try and appear for the counselling.
