an accused is bailed after inety days and he is creating problems to the victim can his bail be rejected if yes how if no then why?

Hi!

In such a case i.e after 90 days if the bail has been granted to the accused and even after that he is troubling the victim. Victim's lawyer can appeal the court to reject his bail. And the decision of rejection of his bail will completly depend on the court.

Inshort yes it is possible. Rest depends on the court
