what is the procedure for relief of victim from jail though he complted his conviction and he is out side from his state.

If The victim has completed his term in jail and is outsode from his state .He will get bailed and in addition to that he will get the compensation from the government for the extra days he has spent there.
The amount of compensation and other stuff will be decided by the Court itself.
