For SC candidate, you are required to score more than95 marks, so as to qualify in NEET.

For SC candidate, you are required to score at least 40 percentage, so as to qualify in AIIMS

The qualification criteria remains the 40th percentile in each of NEET UG and AIIMS examination for SC candidates but the problem is just by passing the minimum cutoff you do not ensure that you get entry into either of the two examinations are colleges in to which they are provide you admission into because there are only a limited number of seats and counselling will happen on the basis of the descending order of the merit list based on percentile scores of all the candidates of different categories were appeared for the examination
at least for the sake of meet even if you are an SC candidate Rai scoring in excess of 450 to 480 out of 720 to enhance your chances of qualification into government medical colleges by the 15% all India quota or 85% state quota

As a SC candidate, you are required to score at least 40th percentile, i.e., more than 96 marks, so as to qualify for NEET.

As for AIIMS, the minimum qualifying score you need to achieve as an SC candidate is 40%.
