hi jaya lakshmi, can you please be clear with your question? do you mean if cbse PCB,of 11th standard is tougher than the state board 11th grade physics chemistry and biology? if thats the case, it depends on the state you belong to, but do realise that lakhs of students have cleared cbse and am sure if they can, you can as well, its not that difficult, and cbse will definitely help you with your NEET preparations, good luck
