International Institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi offers two year Advance programme in Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Criteria is

candidates must pass 10+2 with at least 60% or higher and also should score 70% or more in the English proficiency test which is  conducted by the Institute are  only eligible for the course.

Osmania University, Hyderabad offers a 1year PG Diploma in Culinary Arts

Criteria is

candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology/BBA/B.Sc Hotel Management and other relevant courses.
