In Maharashtra, there is separate female reservations. So, Yes, you can have the opportunity to avail concession in Private colleges as well.

In Maharashtra female reservation quota 30% of female category is divided into 30% of state seats and 70% of regional seats.

If you from general then you can opt. for the above reservation also if you belong from other reservation categories( SC/ST/EWS etc.) then you can avail those as well.
