any government college possible for 550 marks in neet 2022 through EWS category in Maharashtra?

You have scored quite well however I highly doubt you'll be able to fetch a seat in a government medical college.
At this score, the rank in NEET 2021 was around 55k-56k.
You can expect your rank to be around this somewhere this time. However this might vary according to the cut off this year.
