Hey.
No, there is no government college in Delhi that provides an integrated course of BCOM LLB. If you're interested in pursuing Law in Delhi only you will have the option to pursue other courses like BA LLB, BBA LLB or 3 year LLB from government colleges in Delhi. NLU Delhi, Colleges under GGSIPU University provide BA LLB courses and some provide BBA LLB too. You can also pursue BCOM separately in Delhi and then go for 3 year LLB in Delhi University etc.
Other than this there are various government  colleges outside of Delhi that you can look for pursuing 5 year integrated law course of BCOM LLB.
