Hi !
Yes , anyone can be selected in NEET if he/she has scored a required score according to cutoff. It does not matter that what are doing while giving the exam , you must have scored 50% in your class 12 boards from any recognised school with physics , chemistry and biology as the compulsory subjects.
It depends on your focus and determination during your graduation , anyone can study for NEET while doing anything , you just need to prepare continously and be focussed towards your goal.
All the best !

Hi Pradnya,
I didn't got selected. But my friend who was with me in BHU doing B.Sc and simultaneously preparing for NEET, got selected this year as he has scored really good marks and his AIR is also very nice.
He has a good chance of getting government college through AIQ as well as state quota.
