Free diploma courses aren't available. It depends on your caste and rank. If you belong to Sc/St or of you are extraordinary in your academics you might get a scholarship. Government colleges also have not included free diploma yet.

U have several opportunities , you can go higher studies either MS or MBA, MTech or anything else.
You can start working , go for a job I mean
You can become an entrepreneur
