Hello,

Yes the Andhra Pradesh State board considers EWS.

Economically Weaker Section(EWS) is defined as a households having annual income upto 1 lakh.

AP government proposes 5% quota for EWS, Kapus. With the amendment to the constitution, the state government is empowered to make provision of 10% reservation to the EWSs in educational institutions and government jobs.
