Apart from engineering you can do bachalor of pharmacy. This is very good line in now days. You can do nursing also. But I'll suggest you Bpharm. Because you can do after that mpharm or MBA. And get more opportunities for your career. You can do IT department job, you can do medical representative, you can do as QA or QC department in any medicine company . Also you can do government job likd in hospital, railway infact you can become a drug inspector. So Bpharmacy is a good career option in now days other than engineering.
