Application form for HSTES Btech hasn't released yet, it will release on 9th October till 13th October for first phase of counselling, and second one will commence from 21st to 24th October, first of all you have to visit the official website, pay the requisite  fee and sign up for the registration process by providing the relevant details, uploading the requisite documents, filling and locking of choices, for more details regarding this stay updated at the official website at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in
