You can submit Application form xerox in whichever way you want. You can submit it in black and white and and also submit a colored copy.

I'll suggest you to submit colored xerox if possible as this will be more clear and precise. Many times the black and white xerox is not clear and thus creates a lot of problem. So, check whether your xerox copy is clear or not before submitting.
