Under point no.3.24 each candidate can register once. Is there any problem if applied again due to mistake in earlier submitted application.

Neet application if you final submitted once and again submitted 2nd time then there will be two entry for the. Submission

If you do correction in that first application without pressing final submission then it is single entry.
