Jee mains and Mhcet both are the modes to take admissions in MIT pune

Yes, you can take admission in MIT Pune through JEE Main as All India Students are eligible to apply for this college.

You can take admission in MIT Pune through JEE Main or MHT CET  but candidate from JEE Main will be preffered over MHT CET
