I would like to inform you thay as per norms and guidelines by CBSE there will be no addition of board results in jee marks and it has no relation with that.
You have to score good marks and secure good rank to get admission in any good college.

No there was a time when class 12 marks played an important role while calculation the result of jee main but from past 2 years this rule has changes now you just need to maintain a minimum aggregate of 75% if you are from general category and 65% if you are from SC/ST to become eligible for jee mains and advance that's all and as long as your practical marks are concerned I don't think you have a seperate marks criteria for your practical subjects till class 12th 30% of a subject belong to practical and the 70% belongs to theory? However you answer is no none of your marks whether practical or theory can affect your jee main result.
