Hello,

Yes Mobile is allowed. it is better to not to use it in on-going class. it will disturb whole class. You can use mobile in your free time outside class.

Mobile is not allowed during exam time. College will give guidelines to be followed during internal or semester exam. You have to follow it.

Mobiles are allowed in every engineering college subject to condition you should not use it during lectures or sometimes in front of professors as some professors take it as disrespect. Mobile phones are nowadays has become part of our lives and so college understand it and thus allow it.
