Yes dear B.Pharma is available at Hi-tech College of Pharmacy Bhubaneswar, this course is a full time 4 years , 8 Semester Programme offered by Pharmacy Council of India and affiliated to AICTE and UGC. You will get plenty seats there and the curriculum is nicely taught in this college

Mobiles are allowed in every engineering college subject to condition you should not use it during lectures or sometimes in front of professors as some professors take it as disrespect. Mobile phones are nowadays has become part of our lives and so college understand it and thus allow it.
