Medical council of India defined OCI/PIO candidate as NRI when it comes to NEET counselling.And the council has declared that every state has it's own laws and regulations whether to give admission through 85% state quota to NRI candidates.As of now NRI candidates are eligible to apply for 15% AIQ seats and management seats of deemed Universities.
