To apply for JCECE you must meet two eligibility criteria residential requirement such as 

Candidates should be citizen of India

Candidate should have local or permanent residents of jhardkand state.

So if you have domicile certificate of jhardkand then you can apply or else not

Dear Riya,

In order to be eligible for JCECE you should be local/permanent residents of Jharkhand state.

At the time of the counselling of JEECE 2018, you must submit permanent, local resident certificate in proper format, issued by competent authority.
