Hello Amber,

Yes, There is same councelling procedure for admission in B.Tech/MBA/MCA through UPSEE 2018. Counselling process is going to start from 25th June. There are few college that have MCA course -

IET Lucknow, UPTTI Kanpur , KNIT Kanpur etc.
