STATE COUNCIL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND TRAINING (SCERT) - DELHI offers courses on d.el.ed and diploma in pre school admission courses, however for 2020 sessions admission there is no current notifications. due to covid 19 pandemic many of the exams has delayed.  I suggest you to keep checking the official website regularly for latest information.
