Round 1, Round 2 and Mop up round. 15% of All India Government Seats, 100% Central and Deemeed Universities, IP Quota of ESIC Colleges, AFMC seats are filled by All India Counselling through these 3 rounds. And the Constitutional reservations apply for the whole process of All India Counselling. And yes, SC reservation is applicable in mop up round as well. Actually the merit list is prepared based on marks scored and your Category. So your Category is already taken into consideration while preparing the merit list itself.
