if someone got seat in 2nd round up counselling then how can he participate in up neet mop up round? does participating in mop up make sense

Mop-up round generally refers to the last round of Counselling in which almost all the vacant seats left after Rounds 1 and 2 are filled up.
Even if someone has secured a seat in a Medical College through Round 2 and the person wishes to upgrade himself to a better college, then he can surely participate in the Mop-up round to increase his chances.
Although the chances of upgradation are quite less through this round as the vacant seas are only a handful.

If u hv already got a seat in d second round and if u r satisfied with it then do not opt for mop up bcoz if u leave this seat now and if in case u dont get a seat in mop up then u will lose the already alloted seat also the sum 2.50 will be forfeited
