Yes t-shirts are allowed for the exam but make sure they should be half sleeved and of light color. Also jeens and leggings are strictly prohibited in NEET you can wear salwar or trousers for the exam but make sure they too should be of light color and doesn't contains any heavy embroidery, pic pockets or metal items. They should be loose and not body fitting. Also avoid carrying any kind of dupatta, stole or scarf to the exam hall.

You can wear a tshirt or a jean but make sure that you wear half sleeve shirts/t-shirts as full sleeves are not allowed and must be avoided. Clothes should be light which means that zips, pockets, big buttons and any elaborate embroidery should not be there. So candidates must wear simple clothes.

I am sorry to say but Leggings are not allowed to wear for NEET 2019. The NEET conducting authorities are very strict about the dress code in NEET exam. And as per the guidelines of CBSE, the clothes should be loose and light coloured. You can wear loose clothes like Salwar.
