see a person is the only decider of his /her life. you need to make a strategy and follow the path as well. see after completing diploma you may go for btech in computer science which has excellent opportunity for decent careers.

however if you are inclined to job you may apply for recruitment where diploma engineering passed candidates is needed. if you know about web development or graphics and animation,  you may apply for different private company.
