Its a choice to pursue a degree. BTech is a degree which comes with many opportunities and exposure but There a lot of other people who are doing very well and are non engineers. Success isn't attached to a particular course, it comes with hardwork. You should try the field in which you find yourself comfortable. There are millions of jons in this world, not every work can't be dine by an engineer. Even not every other successful person is an engineer. If you are interested in engineering then go on but if you aren't then pursue a degree in which you are good at.
