There is nothing to do with one's native language. The syllabus is same for every candidate and the medium in which Examination is taken is English
The syllabus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) includes Physics,Chemistry and Biology. Plus, general knowledge of twenty marks is also asked.
