Well,you are just in standard 8th. First off,be sure of your calling. If medical Sciences interests you then only go for this field.
See,since you are in class 8th then you must focus to build your concepts. The syllabus of Medical Entrance examinations include Physics,Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. However,try to be thorough with whatever is being taught to you.

hey dear,this age is too early to start preparing for these exam,if want to really prepare well for these you should start it from 10th class clearing all your basics and than moving to some advanced portion.Cracking aiims and neet needs a lot of hardwork and smartwork,so you have to choose the preparatory books accordingly. stay consistent in your though process right now and focus on your goal,you will definitely achieve it.
