Ayush, you haven't mentioned whether you are from Rajasthan or not. Because RPVT is for Indian Nationals who have Rajasthan domicile. Having made that clear, studying in a Government College is different from securing a Government job. Studying in a GMC doesn't guarantee a job as a Government Veterinary Doctor. This rule applies across India. The State Government releases notification for available positions from time to time and if you are eligible, you have to apply and follow the procedure.

to get a seat in government college does not ensure that you may get job in a government sector. there will be certain recruitment exam conducts by respective authority for recruitment of doctors. you need to crack those exam after completing your courses in bachelor in veterinary science .
