Neet is  easy medical entrance exams.
Aiims and jipmer are much much harder than neet .
Aiims is the toughest ,questions are quite tough,  it also ask gk and also contains assertion and reasoning type questions  and it becomes very difficult to complete the paper at time.
What makes jipmer tough is not questions but huge competition due to very limited number of seats as questions asked in jipmer are quite easy.

JIPMER exams are far easier than NEET and AIIMS exams. moreover, in physics and  chemistry the questions are based on direct applications so you would find it more easier to solve and calculate. Best of luck for your bright and successful future ahead.
