Know the paper pattern very well and its marking scheme.
The best part is while you prepare for NEET your textbooks play an imp. role and 70-80% of preparation can be easily done from those textbooks.
So while you study for PCB you are actually revising for NEET. After you get some time ion between you can start with solving sample papers of NEET and get a good hand in both the things.
