If i did not study 11th std but directly appeared for 12th std in science stream am i eligible for NEET 2019 or NEET 2020 ?

Actually the information according to the neet offical that candidate is required to complete 17 years of age and with 10+2 class with physics, chemistry, biology with atelast 50% for general category and 40 percentage for OBC/SC/ST
