Marks you're expecting to score in NEET exam is good.Takimg your category into account which you mentioned is OBC there are fair chances of getting a government seat in MBBS college of bihar by taking into account last year minimum marks to get a government seat which was 541 marks and got alloted in Vardhman institute of medical sciences under 85% state quota.So I think you can get one but considering last year's marks are not enough alone as every year cutoff varies because of certain things like number of students appearing, difficulty level of exam, students scoring higher marks.You can apply for deemed Universities as well to be on safer side.
