As for getting into an NIT's or IIIT's firstly your JEE mains marks are viewed. Now as you have achieved 85 percentile then this might not get you into any top NIT's in any branch. But your cast criteria might help you in getting into some national level college for that you may check the past year cut offs of your desired colleges which will provide you a better idea. Or with this score you can try getting into some good state college or may appear JEE mains again.

Even for admission in GFTIs you need to score 75% aggregate marks if you belong to general category or 65% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category in qualifying exam.You can appear in improvements examination and score the required marks or get admission in a college accepting JEE Main score.
