Every year the qualifying marks changes based upon the difficulty of paper. For 2018 it is 119 for general candidates and around 93 for sc st candidates.

The qualifying marks are released after the examination so you need to wait for it

Qualifying marks change every year for 2018 it is 119 for general and for sc st it is 97 . But qualifying in neet it doesn't mean u will get gov mbbs college.
