You can give jee main exam for Jee main 2020(Jan and April session).
There is no age limit to be eligible for JEE Main 2019. However, candidates need to pass 10+2 or the equivalent examination in 2018 or 2019. Candidates appearing for 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2020 are also eligible to apply irrespective of their age.
As you given the exam of jee main this year you definitely give jee main exam next year (both Jan and April session)
