That depends on the state policies,different states have different policies,you need to check it out that how many seats have govt. quota in pvt. colleges of karnataka,as far as my knowledge you will get this atleast.what was your score by the way?

I don't think so that there are 500 govt. Seats for SC in Karnataka so it would be a difficult one to grab a govt. seat for you.
