You wlill be glad to know that there's no change in the examination pattern of neet , it is still the same like previous year question papers, so there will be no assertion -reason type questions in your neet examination.

You can check neet examination question paper pattern below:-

In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .

45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.

You will get 4 marks for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.

You will get 3 hours for the examination
