Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that according to the previous rules you must show Your residential certificate at the time of counseling. Same goes for income certificate if you want to exercise the fee waiver benefit then you will have to show income certificate otherwise not. If you don't have the certificate then you can also show the receipt that you have got while applying for these certificates.
