At the time of reporting to the alloted college you should have all the required documents and this will be informed to you on the site where there is mentioned you are alloted a seat in this medical college. 

If they will ask you to have caste certificate on the separate form of centre then you have to prepare that otherwise they will accept your state caste certificate.  Stay aware and updated.
